“Ordering fairly simple on web site and fast service. However the house number and street name failed to appear on the delivery documentation even though this was inputed onto the required field on the web site. DPS needed to make two delivery attempts due to the error.”

“It took 2 attempts to successfully obtain Qty. x 4 samples from ROSS Castors whereas your competitors (Vital-Parts) only 1 attempt. Although your parts were of a higher quality and less than half the price in a quantity of 1000. Once I ordered and paid for 1000 items they were delivered very swiftly.
