“I was disappointed that the roller bearing was not sealed. Even well greased I suspect it will sieze with rust after it goes in the sea a few times.”

“Excelent range of castors, effecient order & delivery system The brown ceramic wheels on my 2 castors (antique brass) had minor chips in them which showed up because they are white underneath. Not a big problem though they will get dirty anyway in use. Overall good experience”

“Very good at first I ordered on line And the goods were delivered 2days later. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong part and I rang and was immediately assured that the parts can be exchanged. On the following Monday I was travelling past Leicester and therefore could call in and change the goods. Unfortunately your internet system and your trade counter are run as separate systems and therefore I had to pay again at the trade counter and now wait for a credit issued for the original purchase”

“Good product and good service, only let down by the courier (Fedex) who delivered a day late with no pre-warning or explanatory message. Having paid for overnight delivery and waited in all day, after receiving an Email stating the delivery would be on that day, I was very disappointed.”

“It says somewhere that it's possible to change the wheel direction by 90degrees. It's true, it is possible but it certainly wasn't easy!!! Other than that, all was good.”

“Very efficient service. I bought a replacement Haemmerlin barrow wheel and ordered an axle which was supposed to fit all Haemmerlin barrows. It was too short for mine so I had to make the old axle fit the new wheel by sawing bits of it. A nuisance, as Mr Trump might end.”
