“Castors arrived in good time and we were well informed during shipping. I was only replacing castors on a small cabinet with the industrial look, so product was ideal. Sixteen screws supplied would have saved me a twelve mile journey, but that's a small point. Good service and sound product.”

“The website appears to be aimed at professionals/buisnesses. Some explanation of some parts would be useful for DIY / novices. I find it better to speak to staff who are very helpful and patient. Products are as good as stated.”

“Good service from Luke & Tim when DPD let them down - DPD did not even attempt delivery of the parcel before returning it to Ross Handling. Luke arranged for a new consignment to be sent out via FedEx which arrived the next day. If you are ordering - request delivery from FedEx !!”
