I bought 2 types of castor. Both red. The invoice stated exactly what I ordered but on receipt one set was black. A picture was sent to them to prove the fact . To their credit, they emailed immediately with an apology and sent replacements straight away. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong ones. I immediately sent an email and after a week I am still waiting for a reply. Obviously, attention to detail is not in their remit or putting right their shortcomings.
