“Generally very good. Fast service, with welcome option for returning customers to pay on delivery instead of the usual before work starts. Had a feeling that the Dutch translator may not have been a native Dutch speaker as there was a phrase they did not understand that a native Dutch speaker in my team felt was a standard phrase. Apart from that, great quality translation, lots of effort made to retain original formatting, polite staff and prompt communications. Thanks for everything!”

“The administration and communication at Rosetta was great, with swift replies to all emails and phone calls. The translations themselves contained minor inaccuracies, which was disappointing, but overall the service was good.”

“We have used Rosetta for many translations over the last few years - in many cases translating the same document into 17 different languages. The service we have experienced has generally been excellent - enquiries are acknowledged very quickly, together with a quote and guaranteed timescale. We have found that on several occasions the timescale has been improved on. There has only been once when there was a delay - this was when Rosetta's preferred translator for our document was not available. The moment Rosetta were aware that there may be a problem they contacted us and gave us the options, so we could have chosen for them to use an alternative translator and receive the document in accordance with the original timescale if we had wished. As our documents are quite technical we have found that it works better if reference documentation is provided. We then get the translations checked by people with specialist technical knowledge. We have found that by operating in this way that there are generally only minor corrections to be made. If the documents were not quite so technical then I am sure that there would be no such issues. We have no plans to move to use a different translation service as we are very happy with Rosetta.”

“I was very happy with the services received, they were very fast and efficient. However, I did find it a bit expensive, on saying that I couldn't find any cheaper, also it did have a good reputation and the translation was correct.”
