“A quick, friendly and good service. Make sure you double check, which legal services you need before you buy any extra services they may offer you such legalisation etc, as it may not suffice for the UK FCO office.”

Many thanks for your feedback. We pride ourselves in the friendly and courteous service we provide. We do always recommend that clients check with the receiving body of the translation which type of certification is going to be required.

“Translation of medical report from French to English, Very prompt and pleasant service, but value only rated a 3 as my report was very short and would have cost less on a per word basis but was subject to a minimum charge.”

Regarding our minimum charge, please kindly note that we cannot offer a rate per word for the translation of short documents as most of our linguists also apply a minimum fee for this type of work. “We needed some documents translated then notarised with Rosetta. It was a good experience overall, Viktorija was helpful and prompt with her responses though there was a slight hiccup where she was unaware of specific pricing for our company, it was quickly resolved.”

“I learned to know Rosetta Translation through my former neighbor Mr. Eric Fixmer. In my former professional life, i used to work with Mrs. Berengère Gayon and I always appreciated the efficiency, speed and professionalism. As we were and still are working in a multi-linguistic country, we needed to get translations from one language into another one as our customers were very demanding. Rosetta always contributed to our customer satisfaction which was really appreciated. In 2015 I started a new challenge within the Automobile Club in Luxembourg and one thing's for sure !
