“This is the third time and I am sure it will not be the last that I will be using Rosetta Translations. They are reliable, efficient and really fast in their translations. Not to mention the people that work there. They are friendly , professional and always go to that extra mile making sure that the customer is satisfied. “I have worked with Rosetta Translation on a number of cross-jurisdiction litigation cases. Their attention to detail, customer service, efficiency and cost effectiveness is second to none. When an issue did arise with the High Court accepting the certificiates of translation, Rosetta took it upon themselves to discuss the matter direct with the Court, which resolved the query quickly. I would not be tempted to use any other translation provider as in my opinion Rosetta are the market leaders, whose relationship with their customers drives their business. “We have used Rosetta for many translations over the last few years - in many cases translating the same document into 17 different languages. The service we have experienced has generally been excellent - enquiries are acknowledged very quickly, together with a quote and guaranteed timescale. We have found that on several occasions the timescale has been improved on. There has only been once when there was a delay - this was when Rosetta's preferred translator for our document was not available. The moment Rosetta were aware that there may be a problem they contacted us and gave us the options, so we could have chosen for them to use an alternative translator and receive the document in accordance with the original timescale if we had wished. As our documents are quite technical we have found that it works better if reference documentation is provided. We then get the translations checked by people with specialist technical knowledge. We have found that by operating in this way that there are generally only minor corrections to be made. If the documents were not quite so technical then I am sure that there would be no such issues. We have no plans to move to use a different translation service as we are very happy with Rosetta.”

We're sorry you were not happy with our services. The cancellation policy for our interpreting services is agreed before commencing the assignment. Unfortunately if the assignment is cancelled on the day or the day before, fees will be billed to cover the interpreters loss of earnings. If you would like to discuss this further then please do get in touch.

“We used Rosetta recently for the first time. We have been extremely pleased with the service we received. We had a prompt response to our on line query and received a quote very quickly.
