“I've been using Rosetta Translation for 6 years. Each time the service provided was great. I needed a sworn certification (by notary) of translation which was always arranged duly and to my full satisfaction. As weak points to note: 1) high turnover of admin team / translators which was impacting sometimes the initial stage and delay with response; 2) increased fees throughout years; 3) Telephone number indicated in the company's internet page is never available - this has changed for worse during pandemic (I believe nobody is picking up). Thank you for your hard work”
