“The standard of the dresses are amazing, they look so much more expensive than they are. I placed 2 orders, each one for a dress and headband for a 1920s ball - one of the headbands was broken when the package arrived, but when I emailed, they offered to replace it straight away. As it happened, I then decided to use the other headband I bought, so declined the replacement and returned it alongside one of the dresses & a shawl that I didn't need (as I preferred the other dress). Returns are at the customers expense, which a lot of places do now, and as the items are quite heavy as they're decent quality, return postage was quite pricey through Royal Mail. However, the refund was done within 1 day of them receiving my return. Email communication is quick and friendly too. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from this boutique again!”
