Hello, We are sorry to hear that you have not received your order. We wish you would have contacted us directly in an email before leaving feedback, as we are always here to help and we do everything we can to ensure all customers are happy. Your order was sent on 19th December through Royal Mail first class post. The tracking number is NP038793052GB and we can see it says, " This item has been dispatched to Royal Mail. The sender has advised they've dispatched your item to us." The order seems to have been lost while in transit. We have sent you a message privately to assist you further. We are very sorry to hear that your order was delayed, but are glad to see that it finally arrived on the 12th of February. It was sent on the same day as your purchase, but we can see from the tracking that it was delayed in transit by the Spanish postal services. Lamentamos mucho saber que su pedido se retrasó, pero nos complace ver que finalmente llegó el 12 de febrero. Fue enviado el mismo día de su compra, pero podemos ver por el seguimiento que se retrasó en tránsito por los servicios postales españoles.
