“Ordered several bits of jewellery for my daughter but unfortunately the chain on the Pentagram necklace was broken on arrival, tried sending an email but it bounced back as unable to send. Daughter was very please with the other items though, just a shame about that necklace. UPDATE: Excellent customer service Following on from this review I was contacted by Ro Rox and a replacement swiftly sent out. Now have 1 happy daughter.xx”

“Ordered some trousers, which came very quickly. Unfortunately they didn't fit and came up very small, so my product review was not 5 stars, however, it was fairly easy to return the trousers for free using the evri return service at my local garage, and I received a refund the day after I posted them back, so very good customer services.”
