“Paid for Express Intl. 3-5 day shipping, but it took two weeks to arrive with tracking that initially wouldn’t work for several days. I don’t know if that’s normal with this company or a one-off bad experience. Aside from that, I got the item I’ve wanted for a year and this was the only store that had it in stock and slightly less expensive than other retailers, so thank you.”

Hello, We are sorry to hear that the shipping took longer than expected. The standard £4.99 shipping option you selected is a tracked postal service which normally takes 5-9 working days to arrive, but delays may occur. It is correct that for the first few days the tracking won't work through Canada Post (in your case), but instead there are tracking updates on Whistl's tracking website. It's not until the order has reached Canada and been handed over to Canada Post that you can start tracking it through them. “I ordered a dress from here for our gatsby theme party, it arrived quite quickly. The dress itself was beautiful, lovely colour and good quality - unfortunately as it is a fitted dress, it was slightly too small and as it was the biggest size in that dress I have had to order elsewhere. Gutted as I loved the dress.”

“I wasn't sure of the sizing, but I spoke to Adam and he measured the actual dress for me that I wanted to order, which was so helpful, as I was then able to determine which size to then order. The dress fitted well and it arrived very quickly within a couple of days. Overall very pleased with this company.”

“Beautiful shoes, great quality, not too heavy!! But if you're on the fence between sizes I'd go down. I'm usually a 9 wide, I got a 9 (regular width) and they were definitely wide enough but just a tad long. I don't kind though, they're not exactly walking shoes anyway.”

“Like all Internet shopping, you can't see what you're buying properly. Having said that, my goods were delivered as stated (they use UPS, whose website is not easy to use), and I'm happy with them.”

“Wrong item was sent but after quick e.mail it was sorted out and the right item was sent, it arrived within 2 days and I am very pleased with the denim turn up jeans. Lovely fit, very comfy.”

“My wife and I bought these jackets to wear to our friend's high school reunion murder mystery birthday party. Not only were we not the murderers, but we were voted the best costumed. The only downside, hence the 4 star review, is that it's already losing an ornamental button. I should have no problem sewing back on, but it's annoying that this happened after its first venture out.”
