“Sadly the boots were massive - the website is very glitchy - and £7.80 return of the boots wasn’t worth it - so now I’m down in money for nothing :(”

“I ordered and paid for x3 shirts only x2 were delivered. The shirts were a present for somebody. I had no notification to say there would be a problem with my order and still got charged for x3 shirts. A refund was issued bit I still need the shirt.”

“Trousers were good quality but far too small for the sizing. An XL is compared to a size 16 - but was smaller than my partner's size 12s. If you're plus size, these aren't the trousers for you.”
