“The jacket fit perfectly I would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for the awful smell that it had. I had to wash it immediately before I could wear it down to the smell”

“I did receive a confirmation email for my order, but never a send confirmation, which is promised when ordering. The bag, even though beautiful, came in way too late, so I had to substitute. That was disappointing.”

“Loved my cardigan! Really nice quality and all arrived quickly. The tops I ordered; I didn’t suit tbh so I returned them and received a refund quite quickly. It wasn’t a full refund though and it cost a lot to return!”

“Postage is expensive to receive items. Some dresses seem to be miss sized with the top half much bigger than the bottom half and then to add insult, have to also pay the return postage. Almost £14 spent in postage”

“Rorox are very good value. I bought different styles in different sizes and returned the ones that didn’t work. I got refunded easily the first time but the second took a bit more work - we got there in the end though.”

“Have bought tops before and they have arrived in very good condition. However the last top purchased was extremely creased and I had to steam it three times to remove them. Also the clear plastic bag was also not in good condition and that too was very very creased.. The package looked very second hand”
