“So I came across Ro Rox because they had the dress I wanted at about £20 cheaper than the place I usually use. I have many positive things to say about my experience: - The sizing - you know what's useful? Having an actual size on clothing. I love that Ro Rox had sizes '12, 14, 16' etc, rather than 'S, M, L', etc. I'm really tall and the clothes still fit properly - many companies assume women just get wider rather than taller and it's nice to see clothing that is scaled up across all measurements properly. The clothes I bought were true to size. - The price - Like I said, slightly cheaper than elsewhere - big bonus when I was purchasing a dress for my wedding - that stuffs expensive and any saving is welcome. - The quality - My gosh, the quality is great. I can't fault it. - The speed of delivery - I got my items in about 2 days. It was pretty impressive. - The customer service - Well. This is where Ro Rox really stood apart. I get very anxious buying clothes online - I rarely do it as i'm 6ft tall and women sizes are always all wrong on me - either length, width, sleeves, whatever - it's always wrong. But I took a chance but after buying got anxious. So I emailed the customer care team to explain my concerns, ask about sizing, and ask about returns policy (which turns out seems really easy to use - though I didn't have to use it so can't be sure). I got a reply from a chap called Martin within 20 minutes. It was detailed, reassuring and kind. He outlined in detail the sizing, the returns policy and procedure should it not be right for me, and generally was an all around good egg. He put my mind at ease. When I got the products, I got back in touch to say what a great experience I had, and he replied again, and again, replied within half hour despite having sent the email at a silly time of evening (after standard office hours). I've never had such great customer care from any customer care team ever and the team are a real asset, and elevated this experience from 'already pretty great' to 'literally the best experience i've had buying clothes online'. I will be shopping with Ro Rox again, I will be recommending them to everyone, and I recommend them to you too if you're reading this.”
