“Delivery was fast. One of the two products I bought didn’t suit me so I returned it and received my refund quickly. The shirt I kept received positive comments the first time I wore it. Very pleased. I will use Ro Rox in the future.”

“I'm so glad I came across Ro Rox Boutique, for a start,they are based in the UK and their prices are good. My order arrived promptly and my bill was clearly itemised. I ordered a maxi mermaid skirt, lace wrist gloves, a jacquard ornate corset and Gothic velvet tailcoat for a steampunk event and am really pleased with all the items, especially the tailcoat, lovely fabric and detail on it. I would very happily order from this company again.”

“I did receive a confirmation email for my order, but never a send confirmation, which is promised when ordering. The bag, even though beautiful, came in way too late, so I had to substitute. That was disappointing.”

There seems to have been a technical error which we are now looking into with our IT team. The standard delivery time to the US is 5 to 9 working days however minor delays may occur.
