“I was really surprised by how quickly the dress I ordered turned up, especially so close to xmas. I was also really pleasantly surprised by the quality as it was a very reasonable price, looked like a top quality dress and fitted my sister really well (so sizes must be spot on for UK, often they come up a lot smaller when ordering online). Really pleased with it and super glamorous, thank you!”

“I needed a 1920s themed outfit so I ordered a flapper dress and matching cape. Delivery was fast! The Cape was perfect. The dress had a few sequins missing but fitted beautifully. I contacted customer services who immediately apologised and sent me a free postage label. From returning the faulty dress to receiving the perfect replacement was only one week (and that was during a postal strike too.) For me, a company shows it's worth in how well problems are fixed. No fuss, fast replacement and no cost to me equals great customer service. I will definitely shop again with Ro Rox Boutique.”

“Postage is expensive to receive items. Some dresses seem to be miss sized with the top half much bigger than the bottom half and then to add insult, have to also pay the return postage. Almost £14 spent in postage”

Your order was sent on 19th December through Royal Mail first class post. The tracking number is NP038793052GB and we can see it says, " This item has been dispatched to Royal Mail.
