“I did receive a confirmation email for my order, but never a send confirmation, which is promised when ordering. The bag, even though beautiful, came in way too late, so I had to substitute. That was disappointing.”

Hello, We are sorry to hear that the item arrived later than expected and that a dispatch email was not sent. There seems to have been a technical error which we are now looking into with our IT team. The standard delivery time to the US is 5 to 9 working days however minor delays may occur. “Loved my cardigan! Really nice quality and all arrived quickly. The tops I ordered; I didn’t suit tbh so I returned them and received a refund quite quickly. It wasn’t a full refund though and it cost a lot to return!”
