“Fast delivery. Only complaint being that there wasn't a huge amount of protection. However the item (shoes) itself was undamaged. Their box was a little basher though.”

“It wasn't right for what I needed it for, so I returned it, but it's lovely soft material. It might be a little too long if you have a short torso like me, as it looked like a full cardigan. Still a very nice product, and there was no quibble on returns, which I appreciated”

Hi Crystal, We are so sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived yet. It was dispatched on the 8th of March, just a couple of hours after you placed the order. The usual delivery time to New Zealand is 5-9 working days, but we have unfortunately just heard from DHL/Deutsche Post that delays are pretty extreme to all of Oceania at the moment due to the lack in flights because of Covid but also the restricted airways caused by the Russia/Ukraine war.
