Shockingly bad!!!! and illegal!
I ordered 2 high sleeper beds in July with a promised delivery within 4-6 weeks....after a lot of empty promises and lies, I finally canceled my order on the 9th of September. By law, I was owed a refund within 14 days of cancelation. It took them till September 26th to email me saying that they were not able to refund me because they changed the payment gateway.
I am almost £1800 out of pocket and my children have no beds!
