“Excellent product. There was a slight flaw with one of the headboards which the Customer Service team dealt with with efficiency and courtesy. They arranged for a replacement part super-speedily with no quibbles at all. Excellent service. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent service, we had a problem with our delivery at first with the courier they use and they sorted the issue immediately and we had fast delivery. Customer and staff were very polite and professional and the children's beds are very high quality! Really pleased thank you”

“Great customer service. Fast delivery. Great bed, lots of storage space underneath. My six year old son just loves it he said " best bed in the world!" Easy to build, mostly by one person, only at a couple of points did it require support from a second person.”

“The bed takes a couple weeks to arrive. They phoned me a few times just to keep me updated with the progress which is nice to know and then when it came to delivery two very professional gentlemen quickly moved everything inside.”

“Ordered a bed for my daughter from Room to Grow and from the start they provided excellent customer service. I emailed initially regarding a query about the bed which they answered promptly and clearly. They also accepted my request for a price match with a competitor. I ordered on the phone which was straightforward and the delivery company were great in terms of communication, providing a 2 hour delivery slot on a date of my choice and delivering the bed to the correct room in our house.”
