“Great product and delivery. One of the drawer knobs has cracked, however. Is it possible to get a replacement?”

“The service was brilliant, I accidentally ordered a mattress that was too small for the bed I ordered and Monday morning I received an email telling me this and asking if I would really like the proper size, I though this was amazing service. The only issue I had is that one of the pieces was presumed missing, I contacted you about this and you sent out for a new piece straight away which was brill...Although it has turned out the missing piece was actually only numbered incorrectly!”

“Very happy with the delivery service. My sons new bed was received within the week. I received a phone call within a few days of ordering the bed with a delivery date. The lady also explained that I would get a phone call half an hour before the delivery was due on the day, which I did. Very happy with service provided by room to grow.”

“I just wanted to say a huge thankyou for the service provided in purchasing the Solitaire White Bunk Beds, which you price matched with no quibble. Not only was the service second to none from yourselves but also the two delivery guys were great. There was no dump and run like others, they took their time with us to complete the delivery paperwork, explaining to document the tears in the boxes etc and to ensure we documented that we would not be putting these together until the new year. Excellent service all round. I just hope the beds live up to our expectations in the New Year.”

“Excellent service. First they price matched the bed I wanted and then they got my order delivered really quickly. I ordered on Wednesday morning and the bed was delivered on the Friday which gave me the weekend to build it. Excellent service throughout the order.”
