“Up to the point we needed help with the bed I would have rated Room to Grow as good, the range and price of beds is competitive but I was a tad annoyed that we missed free postage for being in Central Scotland! Then we had an issue with one of the drawers on the bed slipping off it's runners (the bed itself was a nightmare to build!) I called and left a message for them. They called back within an hour and talked through the issue. They then passed the query on to one of the fitters (who build the beds if you pay for the service) he called back quickly and was able to identify and remedy the issue over the phone,amazing!”

“Room to grows service was excellent and the product I bought was excellent Stompa bunk beds. However, if I could rate their courier I would rate as 1. There was no telephone call saying when delivery would be (email said there would be a call up to 24hrs before delivering), also the delivery was just left outside by the front door as no one was in.”

“Great service from start to finish. Prompt, reliable and friendly, plus a great product. Our fitter was lovely and well skilled in putting together our daughters high sleeper. One of the back panels was faulty, but he just noted it and got a replacement ordered and fitted in a week. Great stuff, keep it up!”

“Love my daughters mid sleeper! and so does she. Sturdy, strong, and good value for money. Perfect for the smaller rooms as their is space underneath for storage, or create a lil den as we have done. So cute. Took my boyfriend 3 hours from start to finish to put together alone with a few breaks in between. Delivery was quick and easy was kept up to date on dates times and drivers etc. They even brought it in the house for me. Win win.”
