“A part was missing from the box so we had to go out and buy it to continue building the bed. Room to Grow refunded us the next day for the part we purchased. The bed is great quality, our daughter loves it. Customer service was great and delivery was prompt.”

“We ordered and received the bunk beds well within 5 days of ordering all pieces were well packaged with friendly delivery. We had a problem with the bed end as the holes were not central so they did not align with the horizontal panels. I sent an e-mail with attached photos and got a response the following day (Bank Holiday Monday) then was forwarded on to the support team who helped efficiently.”

“The furniture was delivered promptly. It looks great in my child?s room. I had ordered a high sleeper with all the matching furniture - desk, chest, bookcase, wardrobe. When it was built, everything looked very good but I realised I had mis- measured the size of the room as i?d forgotten the fireplace. This meant the wardrobe didn?t fit. I rang and explained and Room To Grow came to collect the wardrobe and refunded everything minus transport costs. I was impressed with that. My daughter loves her new high sleeper and feels very grown up with a desk.”

“Really happy with their service. Initially ordered and had to cancel and the person i called was very helpful. Once i did order the second time, it was smooth sailing. The bed is nice, the only thing i wish they had was the staircase on the right hand side.”
