“I bought the Atera GENIO PRO Advanced bike carrier very expensive but top of the range, problem was my 2 e-bikes don't fit my wheel base distance is too long, I contacted the company to get advice they offered a choice of other models that were cheaper by £150 but didn't look as good, option was to return the carrier I bought for £550 to receive an other cheaper model but I would not get any refund for the difference in price, so I would lose £150 , this is not a fair deal, so I decided to keep the better quality one and by buying longer straps to tie down the wheels I think I can use the Atera GENIO PRO Advanced bike carrie, I don't like the idea of the box company only giving a refund if we took a cheaper unit and they don't give money refunds. Please beware of this terrible terms and conditions. You must give them all sizes of your bike before purchasing this way if they can tell you what carrier will fit your bike, don't assume because it states that it will fit 100mm big fat wheels it's going to be ok.”

“Needed a part for my Buzzrack and couldn’t have been more helpful. My rack was over 10 years old, but they identified rack and part I needed and I had it within 24 hours. Doesn’t get any better than that. Thank you”
