“Can’t fault roofbars.co.uk but was no happy with the courier they use as the courier delivered to number 2 apartment 34 and not 34 nowhere did it say I lived in an apartment”

“Quick service, good price. Wrong fittings were delivered initially, by mistake (reason for dropping one star), but customer service was excellent and correct ones despatched promptly, so all is forgiven.”

“Having not bought a bike carrier for many years. Hadn’t taking into consideration that the Thule Bike Carrier I purchased is not a universal fit for all bikes. Though looking back after purchasing can see that this is mentioned in the specification which I had missed. The purchase of a bike frame adapter x 2 was required for the Thule carrier that I purchased. Whilst this is no indication on roof-bars.co.uk in terms of the quality of the product and speed in which it arrived. Both of which was excellent. Highlighting this information would have been useful at point of sale.”

“Delighted with the product and despite some issues with DHL direct I was in regular contact with roof bar office who kept me updated regular and they finally arrived. Great update on the new aero pro roof bars and the install is so much easier than older models and the bike holder is great! Great service 👏🏻”
