“Great service, quick delivery. Only issue is one of the bars had been ‘used’ as in box opened & the trim for the track was already in place. But doesn’t look damaged.”

“The two Thule key that I ordered were delivered quickly and they work very well. The price was absolutely fine, except the postage was about £6 or £7 pounds which was excessive for such small and light items. A courier service was unnecessary -- Royal Mail could have coped.”

Hi Geraint, Thanks for the review, I totally agree that Royal Mail would be a cheaper way to send out replacement keys. Unfortunately the service currently offered by Royal Mail was causing us far to many problems with lost items and long delivery times so we have taken the decision to use our courier service until things improve at Royal Mail. “Great service and the keys fitted to my roof box perfectly. There was an initial hiccup with delivery as I didn’t realise I needed to sign for the package and wasn’t in when they arrived. This was resolved very quickly by the team and a second delivery was arranged around my needs and arrived on time. Their customer service is very good and communication responded to quickly. Would highly recommend.”

“I decided to buy my Thule bike rack from Roof-Bars.co.uk because of the online price. Reviews looked good so all went well until delivery. The box was badly damaged and when I opened it one of the parts was broken. I called the company and they asked for a photo and to be fair we're very apologetic and helpful. I needed the bike rack urgently so took the bull by the horns and drove to their warehouse in Maidstone, about an hour and a half from where I live. It was replaced immediately and checked before I returned home. All in all the service was pretty good so I would buy from them again”

“Excellent product at a good price. Arrived way ahead of time. Only negative was postage costs to an address just north of Perth (on the A9). It was £38, if I remember correctly. Free delivery to a friend’s house 20 miles away saved us this extra cost.”

“Although I bought the item only a week ago it was delivered promptly well wrapped and it was quite easy to assemble. The main bars and feet are of durable quality (the plastic covers not sure yet).”
