Due to an issue with the 3rd party courier it was intially sent to the wrong address, I contacted the team at Roof Bars who responded very quickly and sorted the issues with no hassle whatsoever and my package arrived as and when expected. “I ordered a roof bar conversion kit for my Audi A6. However, when it arrived, it was clear that it needed to be used in conjunction with another product. This was not made clear on the site and in fact the instructions posted on the site suggested that the additional product was included with the product I purchased. The extra product wasn't even listed when I did a search for Audi A6 roof bars. When I called to complain, I was told the additional product would cost c. £150, which made the whole purchase pointless. The service I received was rude and unhelpful, and the person I spoke to refused to even consider reimbursing the postage costs I incurred through their misleading site. Avoid.”

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your recent purchase of a fitting kit for your Audi A6. I understand it can be confusing to work out exactly what parts are required when purchasing the individual components that make up a set of roof bars. We have designed our website to make it as easy as possible to find a set of roof bars for your vehicle. Every listing for every vehicle displays the individual fitting kit, foot pack and bars that are required. We regularly receive reviews from our customers saying that our site is easy to navigate and find the right parts, so I do not agree with your comment that our website is misleading.
