“Some of the item(s) I ordered were out of stock, despite the website confirming they were available which in itself was not a problem however the communication from the company was first class. I always felt that my business was important and I was offered a refund immediately. In the end I was happy to wait and the order was fulfilled ahead of my expectation. “Having put in the car details the web page clearly laid out the options available and ALL that was required. This made choice very easy and clearly contrasted with another well known supplier who added that you may also need a fixing kit. I did appreciate the short email of thanks that was sent together with do not hesitate to contact if needs be. The purchase was quickly dispatched and arrived earlier that expected.”
