“Great Service! I had to buy a complete Thule roof rack last minute before a trip and saw Roof-Bars.co.uk listed what I wanted. After a quick phone call to double check what I wanted was actually in stock (as many other competitors advertised the products but didn't actually have it in stock so couldn't deliver on time) they we able to ship my order out next day which was a huge help and meant I could get them fitted in time. I had texts to show the order was on the way which was good. Overall happy with the product, service and price. Would happily recommend to others.”

“I ordered a set of Thule aero bars for my Mini Clubman, i was told one part was on back order and given a date when it was due in. Once the part was in i received an email saying they had been dispatched and they arrived promptly. Excellent communication with Stuart and would highly recommend looking at these guys if you're after roof bars at a very competitive price with excellent service. Thanks.”

“Roof bars were not able to supply the Thule aerobars due to lots of people buying roof bars for stay cations, however they communicated well with me and supplied square bars instead in time for me to go on holiday”

“I can't fault these guys, the stock was short and they called me to discuss it. I told them I was going away and they went the extra mile to ship the stock as soon as it came in and put it on a higher priority shipping. I really appreciated the honesty and communication. I wish more companies would just be honest lie this if there is a problem.”
