“I decided to buy my Thule bike rack from Roof-Bars.co.uk because of the online price. Reviews looked good so all went well until delivery. The box was badly damaged and when I opened it one of the parts was broken. I called the company and they asked for a photo and to be fair we're very apologetic and helpful. I needed the bike rack urgently so took the bull by the horns and drove to their warehouse in Maidstone, about an hour and a half from where I live. It was replaced immediately and checked before I returned home. All in all the service was pretty good so I would buy from them again”

“Excellent product at a good price. Arrived way ahead of time. Only negative was postage costs to an address just north of Perth (on the A9). It was £38, if I remember correctly. Free delivery to a friend’s house 20 miles away saved us this extra cost.”
