“I originally purchased roof bars back in July 2023 and not long after ordering online, I received a call from San who advised he lived not far from the delivery address and that it was on his way home. He personally offered to deliver my roof bars to the address to save me waiting for them - straight away I thought this was a very kind gesture. He delivered the parts to my parent’s address who also commented on his great service. Due to this, I then went back to purchase a roof box and had both the bars and box fitted by San. San fitted both sets very quickly and with precision and I was in and out within approx. 45 minutes. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Very helpful from start to finish and would never hesitate to come back again (for a couple of bike racks in the what future 🙂). Great service and advice and no question was too much trouble.”

“I contacted roof bars.co.uk asked about boxes and parts at about 9.20am on a Thursday. I was told buy a sales representative that if I order parts before 2pm I would get them next day. So I ordered the parts before 10am on the same day and then only received it 4 days later. I sent a email and did not even get a apology just tuff and the postage was ridiculous expensive. So watch out for the customer service once you have bought you will have after service problems.”
