“Thule roof bars would seem to be very well made and thought out. I especially like the "torque wrench" tool to tighten the brackets to the car - it means you cannot overtighten the bolts and pull them out. Only negative was the delivery process. A courier company delivered the parcel a day late - even though I had had notification of a time slot for the day before. I appreciate Roof-Bars do not have direct control over their delivery company - perhaps they need to consider a different one.”

“Needed the bars urgently so i paid the extra for next day delivery and you failed to not only deliver them on time but to notify me of the delay. Impossible to contact. I would not recommend you to anyone, but would warn people to avoid using you.”

“I don’t often write these reviews but I thought roof- bars.co.uk worthy of a review! Amazing service from Spence - slight issue with the order but very quickly resolved. Friendly, professional staff at a fraction of the costs of the competition. I 100% recommend this company. Roof box and bars look great on the car!”
