“Bought a pair of roller doors for self install. Process was easy and measurement guides helpful. Delivery times and communications were sensible and order arrived as promised. Staff helpful during installation following query with assembly. Overall happy with product and services provided. Many Thanks.”

“I have had the door now for a couple of years. And after a year and a halve the "clips" on the door broke. I then called to have the door repaired, and the service was good and quick.”

“I purchased a pair of roller doors via eBay and fitted them myself The doors arrived on the agreed time/date and cannot fault the quality of the product in fact I was so impressed I recommended to my father in law and he has also purchased a double width garage door also from Rollerdor - 5 star Thanks”

“Good communication maintained during sale and fitting processes. Price reasonable and the needed extras added at acceptable cost. Cost accounting seems somewhat eccentric and led to Rollerdor accounts staff invoicing our £100 deposit (a credit) as a debit! Fitting was carried out in a competent manner, but there will be more "making good" than envisaged at outset.”

“This is the second DIY-fit Rollerdor I have bought and fitted. The first was several years ago at our old house and it never let me down or needed fixing and it was used a lot! The latest one was just a few weeks ago. I ordered bespoke colours which meant a wait of a couple of weeks. The quality and service is brilliant and the new unit was delivered on time by two very friendly and courteous members of the team. My son and I installed the garage door in about an hour. Having done one before helped a bit, but it is really simple and as the curtain comes ready rolled onto the motor/roller unit it just needed two of us to hold it in place above the side rails to get a couple of screws into the surround to take the weight and then I finished off the install by myself. Setting the upper and lower stop limits took about two minutes and that was it - finished! It looks great, is well made and I really don't think I would use any other supplier if I moved house again. Great company and excellent product! As an added bonus, having the Rollerdor has cut the amount of airborne moisture in the garage by 75%! The old doors were wooden and not airtight, I live by the sea and always had a dehumidifier running to prevent tools rusting. Very happy indeed!”

“Excellent door supplied, professionally fitted, on the agreed date, on budget and in a very short time. Site left clean and tidy, old door removed at no extra cost, demonstration given on how to operate the door safely. The door has operated faultlessly and is completely weatherproof. What more can you ask for ? I highly recommend the Rollerdoor company to anyone wanting a high quality roller door at a very competitive price.”

“Service and communication was excellent. I opted to collect my doors from their Norwich HQ, which was quick and the member of staff that assisted was polite and quick. The doors are now fitted and were pretty easy to install and setup. Only slight small disappointment is there are no precut cable outlets so you have to cut those which is a bit fiddly and just seemed a bit odd. Overall a positive experience”

“Great company to deal with even delivered my door to cornwall,I saw the company premises after visiting my sister and brother in law who live in beccles,and my brother in law working for Sinclair international and visiting where he works ,remembered the name when I got home found that they we’re actually cheaper than buying it here in cornwall even with delivery”
