“The Rollerdor has been a great success and a vast improvement on the up & over door that it replaced. Everything was very straightforward from start to finish. The guidance given by the website made ordering easy, delivery was prompt and the instructions supplied for installation first class. The door has also improved the appearance of the property.”

“The door is great but the instructions may as well been written in Klingon for all the use they were. They use various different parts for each of the components (roller, motor, control unit etc) and there are 3 or 4 options for each. So they send a instructions for each and your job is to figure out what on earth is going on. One particular set of instructions contained none of the components used on my door. I had to figure it out using YouTube and making educated guesses. Door has worked fine since I installed it though.”

“Product works really well:) When I stupidly damaged the door the team at Rollerdor were most helpful in supplying spares and giving advice re the repair even beyond working hours for which I am really grateful. Thank you”

“I have found Rollerdor quick to respond to items requiring repair even though my roller door was supplied by others and is not one marketed by their company. Their charges are not exorbitant particularly in respect of call out fees which include 30 minutes at site before normal charges accrue. I would recommend Rollerdor without reservation.”
