“Some years ago Rollerdor fited my garage door, to my complete satisfaction. However, the curtain having become detached, last year Rollerdor supplied and fitted a new curtain , again to my complete satisfaction. I have nothing but praise for their efficiency and custome rcare.”

“The reason I have given only two stars is based on the product itself and specifically the motors. I have had numerous reports from customers of the motors forgetting their limits. I have had to go back to several doors I fitted where the customer reports the door over opening or closing. One motor failed and I had to replace it. For these reasons I took the decision not to sell any more of your doors. In terms of staff and helpfulness I am very pleased. I have always had good service and have no complaints. But in the end it is the product which matters most of all and I cannot day with confidence to any customer that it is a good product.”

“Door is now 9 years old and is still in a good condition. Some plastic parts have broken over the years but replacements have been easy too replace and not very expensive. I would be happy too recommend using this company for their helpfulness in providing doors and replacement parts. Ray Millard”

“I am very happy with my rollerdors. I have fitted three of them and they all work beautifully. Rollerdors are well priced and delivered on time by very nice delivery men. I found the doors easy to install. I strongly recommend reading the online instructions before installation as this helps a lot. I am sure I shall be buying more of these doors in the future.”

“Brilliant company. Never installed before and was a bit unsure if I could do a good job. All the information of instruction was supplied and very informative. Telephone backup as well. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend. It looks amazing.”

“My door was exactly as described. Delivery was prompt, well boxed, good quantity. I installed the door with a little help (as advised) in under 2 hours. I had an issue with the key fobs which was remedied over the telephone. Competent d.i.yer.”
