“From the point of ordering the door, through to site survey and installation everything was fantastic. The two technicians, Reece and Junior were friendly and did a great installation. The quality of the door is amazing - really pleased with it. I was disappointed with the way the final payment was handled. Having called Rollerdor, I was helpfully passed onto somebody else to take my payment. He simply took my name, card details and confirmed the payment had gone through before saying goodbye. He did not ask how the job had gone/was I happy with the work etc. I felt this to be a disappointing contrast to the great work and attitude that was done on the job by the fitters.”

“A hassle free operation,they came out measured up gave a price and a possible fitting date No pressure applied which meant I had time to check other suppliers prices I did not feel I could better the Rollerdor experience so I accepted their quote. The fitters turned up at the agreed time and date and fitted the required door they tidied up after themselves leaving me with a fully functioning roller door Happy days”
