“Quick response to fix a broken door and again when minor issue became apparent after the fix had been carried out. Service engineers were competent and explained everything they were doing so I knew exactly what the problem was and what needed to be fixed.”

“Great to find an honest company. A very clear website with all the options listed, prices and no hidden extras. You can even choose to fit it yourself if you so desire.Excellent communications with sales office and the fitters who both answered all the queries we had. The product quality is very good and demonstrates Rollordor's confidence with the product by giving of a 5 year warranty.”

“Turned up on time as promised. Installation is easy enough, only downside the instructions for the control unit didn't quite match the controller supplied but not a big issue. Been working well now for a few week with no problems. Also has a decent range on the remote fobs.”

“Rollerdoor invited to view there products at the factory in Norwich and made us very welcome showing us all the various parts that go into making a door. Demonstrated the different versions and colours available. Delivery was exactly when we wanted it. Fitting was so easy anybody with basic diy skills. An do it. Just plug in and away”

“Excellent comunications and delivered on the date given when plcing the order. Contacted by delivery driver 30 mins before arrival so you dont have to wait around all day. Polite and helpful driver who offered hints for an easy fit. The installation manual is easy to follow.”

“Colin at Rollerdor answered all my questions and helped me select the most suitable new motor to replace my falied unit. The new motor was delivered promptly and as advertised came with instructions,limit setting tool,brackets and drives to fit octagonal and round tubes.”

“From the initial contact with the sales staff, the prompt, “on time” delivery, the ease of the diy installation and the quality of the product, could not have been improved. The access to my garage is much easier and the internal space saved by the removal of the old “up and over” door is very welcome.”
