“Very happy with the door supplied by rollerdor. Quality was excellent and fitting was relatively straightforward. Setting the top and bottom limits was time consuming but and engineer was available to talk me through the set up procedure. Mine was an insulated door with the painted wood grain finish which was excellent, no need to pay extra for the laminated finish as this looks just the same. I shopped around for prices and rollerdor were by far the cheapest quote I received. If you are looking for a good quality door at the best price look no further.”

“Simple ordering process, on site survey to ensure all is correct. On day of fitting fitters called prior to arrival to advise of their ETA. Old doors removed and taken away and new roller doors fitted, all work areas cleaned and tidied. Shown how to operate doors and override methods. In all a very good product with excellent pre-sales service.”

“Having purchased my door seven years ago I had some problems earlier this year when the brackets supporting the door gave way. I contacted Rollerdor about replacements and after email pictures of the supports that were fitted to my door replacements were on there way next day, I was offered help in fitting the support brackets from Rollerdors but opted to do the job myself. Thirty minutes after receiving supports my doors were up and down to the delight of my wife whose car was stuck in garage. Parts were very reasonably priced and quick dispatched. Thank you Rollerdor. Ray Millard”

“It took me 4 months to find a decent supplier at a sensible price with honest decent customer service. Had a complete nightmare with a company in Leeds called Value Doors. Rollerdoor are based several hours away from me so i thought it would be a problem but they were far better than any of the local companies in Wakefield. I opted for the traditional approach and going local and visiting showrooms initially but got quotes from 5 places in Wakefield and they ranged from £1000 to £1500 for virtually the same garage door that cost £799 direct from Rollerdoor. Its their own factory so you get the best price and best service which is saying something as my experience had been abysmal until i found these guys. They even came up and did a quote for me and measured up and then came back to fit it a week later. Other companies were taking up to 6 weeks for fitting as they source from Europe. Its also nice to support UK based companies that genuinely manufacture and deliver to end users giving a great service. They also know the products inside out as the people that fit them also build them so they really know what they are doing! I rarely give 5 stars for a review but this company really deserves it!”

“Made to measure, easy to fit and fully sealed very happy with quality. My only criticism would be the speed of the motor could be a little faster in my opinion. Overall I would recommend these doors to others.”

“We lost the remote controls of our 21 year old roller door system. Bought a new system from Rollerdor expecting all sorts of problems with compatibility etc. I had to phone the technician for confirmation rather than help to wire up the door. I was amazed it worked first time. It is still working well after one month so hopefully it will last a long time. It also works far better the original system that tended to need three or four presses of the remote to make the door function. We are more than well pleased with the system.”

“It was 50 mm too narrow meaning that my runners show instead of being behind the wall. You offered to change it but my security was comprised so am having to live with it.”
