“Very pleased with my doors which I fitted myself. The on-line measuring guides are good, delivery came on the day specified and installation was straightforward. The majority of the install can be undertaken by one person but I did need the assistance of a neighbour for 20 minutes or so to unroll the door over the motor bar and guide into the side channels. The remotes were pre-programmed and worked immediately. My only difficulty was setting the up and down stop postions until it dawned on me that I ordered my doors with power to the left whereas the instructions relate to power on the right. It is the same motor bar, simply reversed, so the adjusters are reversed.”

“I would recommend this company. From the outset the staff were friendly and courteous and offered good sound advice as to the installation. My roller door was supplied and fitted within the specified time period and without fuss. The quality of the door adds to that extra security. A good job all round. No regrets”

“I did a DIY installation of my garage door, Fitting a standard unit. Instructions for measurement and installation were good and easy to follow. The door has performed well and reliably, Rollerdor were able to supply replacement parts, after a failed break in attempt, quickly and reasonably. Overall a good buy.”

“An excellent all round service. I used the website to order my door and it was really simple to complete and a pleasingly small deposit payment required. I opted to let Rollerdor do the installation rather than DIY so I had to have a survey done to check the measurements and check for any special requirements. The surveyor turned up at the agreed time and carried out the survey in a very professional manner. We then agreed the install date, which was only a week after the survey so that was pleasing. The installation crew showed up at the agreed date and time and completed the job in excellent time, taking away all of the rubbish and the old doors. I was given a demonstration of the door's operation and features and given all the details of who to contact if anything went wrong. I paid the balance of the order and that was it. It has been a few weeks since the door was fitted and I have no problems. It has certainly drawn some attention around my neighbourhood with the first enquiry about who fitted my door coming on the same day as the installation. Is there a reward scheme for referrals? I do have one small niggle about the installation, though. I was surprised when I found that fitting uPVC trim over the brickwork exposed by removal of the old doors was not included. The other companies that had quoted very similar prices had made clear statements that they did include the trim fitting, I had assumed that Rollerdor would as well.”

“Door arrived well within the window of arrival quoted. The delivery guys were helpful and gave me a tip on installation that was really important. The guide to install was foolproof and it all worked first time really well. The dimensions were perfect and the tool used to order was east to use and measure for. Would highly recommend.”

“This is the third door I’ve bought in a year and fitted myself. 1 for me and 2 for my father in law ( he absolutely loves them). Great doors for the price and really easy the fit, with good DIY skills. I would definitely recommend them.”

“On the day our garage door was to be fitted your fitters arrived with the brown door we ordered and rosewood surround, they stated they could not get brown surround. We were not informed of this before so that we could make a decision. We had to have the door done to get the trailer in. So they fitted skirting board which we have to fill in the edges and buy paint for. Not impressed at all”
