“The remote door switches I purchased did not work as they were described in the instructions and by the sales person. I was told no alternative could be offered and to return the goods at my cost I am very disappointed with the product ,I have paid for the switches to be fitted and can only use them manually Paying to get them taken out and returning them at my cost exceeds the original purchase price I feel I should be refunded the cost of these items”

I have reviewed our communications and whilst I appreciate that you had expectations of the product, this unfortunately did not match with the technical specifications provided. As per our T&Cs, we generally do not cover the return postage cost unless the product is faulty, which in this case, it was not. “Excellent door, easy to fit and worked straight away. It is an absolute blessing for my Arthritis not having to struggle with an up and over door. Would recommend to everyone, make your life easier”

“The doors arrived promptly on the day and time promised. They are very well designed and made, and fitted perfectly. They work very well and I am very satisfied with them. I have two doors, front and rear of the garage, just perfect. Thank you.”

“Excellent product, excellent company. I bought a door about 3 years ago from them, been superb in every way. fitted it myself easy peasy Delivered when they said etc. Found one part missing (external lock) called them they said we know its on its way arrived the next day. Fast forward 3 years door coming down it caught on something( spade) took the cover offound a clip had broken, called them up spoke to an extreamly nice gentle man on the phone who arranged for the parts(I decided to change all of the clips)to be despatched that day and received the next all for £11. Superb service cannot recommend enough David Naylor”

“I did allot of research before commiting to a new roller shutter garage door, Rollerdor have a good reputation something that was backed up by my experience. The door is of good quality and specification for a good price. The whole process was easy and a positive exeprience. I submitted a quote request, someone came out on the date agreed, I received a quote, I made a change to my request so was then reissued a new quote. I arranged fitting, the fitters turned up when agreed (with a preceeding text message and phone call to confirm) and fitted the door! The fitters were communicative and worked quicky and tidied up after themselves. All in all very good.”

“We had our new garage door fitted in February this year and were so please with the product and the service! Initially the team came out to measure up and give us a quotation. We accepted this as was brilliant value. Agreed a date for fitting (even requested an AM appointment which they were happy to assist with) and the team arrived, removed our old garage door, fitted the new one, cleaned up and were all done in well under 2 hours. they then showed us how it worked talked through the instruction manuals etc and were on their way! Very good company and would highly recommend their products and services.”

“I ordered 2 Rollerdor's and am very happy with them. Much cheaper than my local suppliers and easy to fit, so easy in fact that I did it myself in about an hour with no help although I would recommend having a friend to help hold it in place whilst putting in the first couple of fixings. The finished product looks great too.”
