“This is my second Rollerdor garage door, both doubles with a wide span. The first one my builder fitted and this one was fitted by Rollerdor. Both excellent, could not be improved upon! Very good value for money, great product and superb service.”

“Really happy with the product, the only problem I had was I had a load of scratches on the curtain where it was rubbing the top box, the instruction didn’t say screw it back to keep it clear from the curtain, apart from that a great product.”

“Excellent service, lead time is misleading on the ebay adverts, remember they will make the door to your sizes and obviously this takes time I ended up waiting nearly a month longer than originally anticipated, however door was installed and operational within a few hours single handed, would definitely buy from again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend, infact I already have several times.”

“Quick to respond to my pre-sales questions. Lots of documentation so I was confident I could complete the install which went without a hitch and it took about 2-3 hours in total. I would award 4.5 stars if I could as I never received a shipping notification or delivery date so I wasn't in when they attempted delivery. Not the end of the world but could easily have been avoided.”

“I researched the different options and Rollerdor were the best and cheapest. Very professional and although ours was a special colour the doors were made and delivered quickly. My electrician and i installed easily.”

“It took some time for someone to come and measure up and a little chasing, which is why I've given four rather than five stars, but once they did come the service from then on was superb. The process was very clearly explained at the outset, and the door itself definitely meets expectations. I'm also very impressed that this company have waited a good few months before asking me to write a review - that has given us time to form a solid opinion. I would definitely recommend Rollerdor.”

“Installed two doors myself and found it a fairly straight forward process. Rollerdor were only to happy to help with one query I had and setting up was easy. Very pleased with the result and so glad I committed to investing in them. So much easier to push buttons than unlocking and lifting the up and overs.!”

“Sadly, I can't give a positive review for Rollerdor. I had two roller shutters installed about 5 months ago and I've had issues at every stage. One of the shutters they tried to fit was the wrong size despite having done the survey themselves. Both doors have broken on numerous occasions. The most recent occasion because a cable had been stuck in place with masking tape rather than properly cased in. The cable broke free and then snapped leaving live wires exposed to passers by. The other very frustrating thing is that when the shutters have broken I've often been asked to wait up to 2 weeks until they have an engineer in the area. This means that I can't use my parking space or access the back of my property. I hate leaving negative reviews but I'm really wishing I'd gone with another supplier.”
