“Very helpful staff helped to ensure I had got the correct measurements before ordering as I was going to be fitting it myself. When the door arrived it was delivered in a professional manner and on-time. Fitting the door was as simple as just following the instructions. I found having an assistant to help fit the door was invaluable. After fitting the door, the setup was very simple and I've been using it daily for the last few months with no problems whatsoever and would have no hesitation in recommending Rollerdor.”

“Excellent service, I made choices and the saleman visited my house and he advised different colored door to match our windows, his choice was an excellent color match. When installation day arrived the fitters said they did not understand why I choose various options and explained why I did not need these items. They also did not have the standard control panel I ordered so they supplied an upgraded panel at no extra cost, I now have a fully alarmed system (200 GBP optional extra). Fitters arrive on time and by lunch time they had finished. The only item they did not install was the outside numeric key pad, none in stock on fitting day, but as promised this was sent 2 days later and I installed this myself with little problems. All in all very please with both the product and sevice provided. Would recommend to family and friends.”

“THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS DONE WITH CARE. THE STAFF INVOLVED IN ESTIMATING AND FITTING THE DOOR WERE VERY GOOD. THE DOOR ITSELF IS MUCH BETTER THAN I EXPECTED. EXCELLENT”

“Very good service, I had a fault in the roller motor, spoke to Rollerdor engineer, he said a replacement motor was needed, a new motor arrived the next day, this cured the fault.”

“MIXUP OVER INSTALLATION DATE BUT ONCE FIXED, ABS NO ISSUES. INSTALLATION WENT AHEAD WITH NO PROBLEMS. HIGH QUALITY HARDWARE. WOULD RECOMMEND”

“I would recommend Rollerdor without any hesitation, I visited the factory in Norwich before purchase and had a look at the door I was looking to purchase. It proved to be a good move, I had it installed by my local contact and now it’s looking very neat fitted to perfectly to my garage. “Can't fault, they even modified to fit ( my mistake) , safety edge seems over sensitive sometimes, you wouldn't walk away until it's closed fully, would buy again”

“I love my electric roller door, it was supplied and fitted a few months ago and it's been brilliant. The fitters that came were on time and polite and helpful, all clean and old door taken. I will definitely use Rollerdor again next time I may need one of these doors.”

“We fitted this roller door to a customer's request on the garage and has made an outstanding difference in their lives as hubby is now in a wheelchair and this gives him access to the garage and his kit. Service from you was second to none top products, delivery to our site and installation was a breeze 10/10”
