“I was absolutely over the moon with my double garage door. I fitted it myself, instructions were fairly clear, the staff were really helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend rollerdor to anyone”

“This is the second time I have brought a Rollerdor due to house move. Both times I've fitted it myself, and found the door to be good quality. The one issue I did have, was sorted quickly and efficiently. I would say to other potential customers to get your sizes right! Allow the specified tolerances and it will be a breeze to fit.”

“The door is great. The instructions could be clearer, I watched a video on YouTube of a similar product which helped me more than the PDF. A video on the rollerdor website of a self installation would be invaluable”

“Excellent service from order to delivery. Delivery driver was very polite and helpful with tips on installation etc. My only gripe is with myself as I wish I had bought the safety stop feature.”

“Great product and does exactly what it is supposed to do. I’ll admit I went for the cheapest option but am not disappointed. It was a fairly long wait time but as long as you factor this in, it shouldn’t be a problem. Delivery was practically to the minute, and accompanied by friendly help and advice. Why only 4 stars, I reserve 5 for truly exceptional service 😁”

“Hi, my Rollerdor was delivered on time and without incident. Fitting was very straight forward I only needed help with lifting the top box into place. Everything fitted and worked great and it still is.”

“You were very expensive and to much hard selling and fake discounts I got a door for a third of the price you quoted and I've complained about your constant harassment trying to get me to buy I've also requested to be taken off your records so why are you emailing me now”

“Purchased 29th March had a small fault , the engineer came out and adjusted it causing a catastrophic malfunction, since then they have been out and assured me that a clanking stuttering door is “normal” Very disappointed that they havnt got to the bottom of the problem other wise the door was installed very well On the whole I am a very disappointed customer”

“Door is good quality - fitted it myself which was quite straightforward process. Cant praise the delivery driver enough, unloaded and placed the door and heavy components on his own into the garage and the drive was a sheet of glass due to ice! Only niggle is the instructions for setting the door stop at the top and the bottom are no terribly clear and quite confusing. Had to get engineer to come do final settings.”

“This is a seriously impressive company. Following our enquiry, they sent a surveyor down to assess the logistics and explain the options to us. We were very happy with the quotation which was very reasonable compared to other companies we had spoken to. A few weeks later we were given an installation date and time. This was confirmed nearer the time and on the day we had a courtesy call to say they were about 1 hour way, and within their scheduled time. We were very impressed with the product and the two-man installation team (Junior & Paul) explained how everything was going to be fitted. The job itself was so neat and so professional and exceeded our expectations. The door works a treat and looks so good. 100% to Rollerdor for product, installation and customer service.”
