“Superb quality and relatively easy to fit on a DIY basis. Regrettably the instructions are a little confusing and require a practical persons approach. The tech support however was first class.”

“Great value for money.. Excellent quality.. Delivered when scheduled. I installed my self followed paper instructions and YouTube video's from other manufacturers of similar doors as could not see one specifically for this model. Definitely 2 man lift. Not a criticism but would have been great if video by Rollerdor existed to compliment paper instructions like several other manufacturers do.. All in All Excellent would use again....”

“My Rollerdor Door is fantastic. I ordered it, paid for it it was delivered at exactly the time frame that the company told me, a friend fitted it (took him some time, most of the day ... but he had to remove the old broken door) it works great. Very pleased.”

“Thank you so much , for such great service and a brilliant product. Having someone come out and measure up so you know exactly what size is required, is brilliant. They come when they say they will. Fitting is so quick and they take the old door away. My parents find it so easy just pressing a button now, instead of having to bend down or stretch up as they did with the old door. Highly recommended. Thank you.”

“door arrived on time and agreed date. door had been damaged in transit or manufacture. complaint handled efficiently and replacement agreed and sent in acceptable time. install instructions could be more comprehensive. all working fine so far happy to use rollerdor again jim gilmour”

“If only all transactions were this easy. First, I made contact for an estimate, which was carried out within a few days. Was given a date and time for removal of old door and frame, and new roller door to be fitted. On that date we were contacted by the fitting team and told they were 30 minutes away. The 2 guys who fitted the door made the job look easy. I was given a demonstration, and explanation of operation, with all work completed and the site cleared within a short space of time. Several months have slipped by, with the door in steady use every day, and it hasn’t missed a beat. The door is quiet in operation, and well insulated. My thanks go to the team at Rollerdor.”

“Door was delivered on time and installed properly by fitters. Took care to ensure correct alignment. Explained how controls worked after fitting. Price was as agreed. Old door taken away and garage left clear of fitting offcut and rubbish. Good job.”

“All in all a good experience arrived on the date stated and a good quality item, I have fitted a couple of roller doors before and this was definitely the best of the bunch , I would happily recommend”

“Our door was delivered on time and undamaged. Fitting was hard work for two people (as pointed out in the installation guide), but completely straightforward. The door itself is well made and robust. Rollerdor responded promptly when I had a problem (my error), and the door works as it should with minimal adjustment. I would use this company again and have no hesitation in awarding five stars.”
