So far so good with mine, service has been excellent, arrived when they said they would.
Shame the same can't be said for my Mother's garage, 3 years old now, thankfully 5 year guarantee, 3 callouts as something keeps failing after each visit, hoping they look at it properly on the third visit, as not idea having to wait 2 weeks each time it fails, whilst it's great they come out, the timelines are very inconvenient as in the last 2 months the garage door has been out of use for 6 weeks or more, not ideal for a 78 year old.
