“I originally saw Rollerdor's products on eBay but, having no prior experience of buying or fitting a roller door, I decided to call and seek advice on the telephone. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and polite and was very patient in answering my daft questions. The door was ordered and arrived when agreed and in perfect condition. It is excellent quality and the fitting instructions were easy to follow and I was able to fit the door with ease. It continues to function flawlessly and I'm very happy with the service and product from start to finish. Many thanks.”

“Very easy to fit... looks good too, however has anyone else noticed you can pull up the door a few inches even after all the slats are tight together when closed? hardly secure? no lock or anything.. also contacted as one fob did not work.. told to change the batteries! not the best considering it's new and £500! 3rd one I've ordered and to be fair 1st one I've had a problem with.”

“Bought two DIY kits for mine and my neighbour's garage. Removed old up and over door, drilled out pop rivets and folded into three to take to the tip. Removed old wooden subframe and cleaned up remaining brickwork, nails, prominent mortar with small disc cutter. Fitted side runners to head unit and lifted into place. Screwed runner to brickwork and connected electricity - job done! First one took about a day and a half. Second one took 5hrs from start to finish. Although not stated in the literature, I wired a 10w LED Bulkhead lamp across the UP motor connection with Neutral and it works perfectly proving a 4 minute illumination after raising the door. It also illuminates when closing the door and switches off when the door shuts. Both garage doors now look superb and the quality is excellent - let's hope they last in terms of durability. The team at Rollerdor were ready to answer any questions and very helpful.”

“When through approved subcontractor (Alldoors - Ipswich) to fit who came and measured up more precisely than me. Two weeks later parts arrived and the fitter called to arrange following day installation. He had to cut away some of the inner left hand wall to meet my requirements for minimum visible parts showing when open (i.e. maximum available opening). All went well, took time to fully explained operation and clear up the them. Nice friendly guys, fully recommended. Good job.”

“Such a straight forward system, used web site to help with taking the measurements, placed order, had a call couple of days later to confirm that they were correct. 2 weeks later had call to say door was going to be delivered the following week. Driver who delivered it was very helpful and hand even unloaded it all before we realised he was here. Spent an hour reading the instructions, they can be a little confusing but if you work through them logically it soon all fulls into place. 5 hours later the door was up and working, a few minor adjustments and it was perfect. Would highly recommend them to family and friends.”

“Great customer service upto delivery and whilst fitting, then once fitted and dents identifed in the door, the only contact since was a request for pictures of the damage, pictures of the dents were sent as requested from the team, nothing heard since the 3rd July. Door was fitted as per the intructions, quite easy with 2 persons, but their after sales service and rectification of points raised, very poor. Scratches on the door, near the top, so on delivery and fitting, unable to see them until the protective covering peeled off. I will await contact from them...........”

“The door arrived exactly when I was informed it be. The driver talked me through some fitting tips and even check my measurements. Very helpful. Fitting was easy, and a small problem I had was quickly rectified thanks to a phone call to Rollerdor. The door looks great, works like a charm and adds a little bling to the house.”

“Before I ordered the doors I needed I requested the visit of a Rollerdor suveyor due to the unusual nature of the requirement , a suveyor arrived as agreed and took appropriate measurements and advised me regarding such preparations I should make . I ordered 2 roller doors to be installed at the same time and these were quickly installed and guidance given regarding operation. The doors have been in regular use for 2 months without problem. I chose Rollerdor as they were the best value for money and carried a warranty equally as reassuring as other suppliers with prices noticeably higher. The doors look attractive and work well.”
