Not a bad door in general, but would have been better if it hadn't been delivered damaged (dent in door). The motor also seems a little under rated, only time will tell if it is up to the job. I purchased the WeMo Maker from Rollerdor, I should have done my research and bought it from Amazon, half the price for exactly the same thing.

Price and customer service was great. The installation instructions are poor. My door was 3.7 metres wide the power cable from the brake is not long enough so the operation switch unit has to be mounted out of reach without jointing another piece of cable.

The service was fine, but concerned about the quality of the item, sounds very graunchy when running and expect that it will not last very long

Good customer service, in terms of survey and quotation. There was an error with my order in that what I ordered was incorrectly delivered, but they accepted this was their error and offered to rectify immediately. Instead I accepted a discount on the agreed price. For this I would have rated them good or very good but I was disappointed in the standard of the fitting service. a lot of the pebble dashing around the door and override switch was damaged/ chipped off and no effort was made to rectify this damage. I would have expected them to fill the damage in with something to make the job look a lot neater. The door works well and looks good. Adrian Warrington.

Door fitted quickly and works well. Minor issues that I would have addressed if I had been available to inspect the work before the engineer left suggest that its basically good and at a decent price but could have been a bit better in terms of finishing off the details: (1) Wiring to the nearest plug was messy. (2) large (2cms) draft gaps at the top of the unit needed filling with a bit of wood to complete weather sealing. (3) the gap around the vertical edge of the side fittings was left open so I had to fill it with sealant myself, again a bit of important finishing to effect a draft proof seal. These little points sound picky but I had expected a bit more finishing the job to have been included but for the price I am a happy customer with the work done and now its finished I would recommended them to others with the caveat to be ready to supervise the finish or be ready to do a bit of draft proofing at the end yourself. As it was significantly cheaper than a comparable system a neighbor bought from another company I am happy about the end result.

Door arrived on time got it fitted rolled it down to find 2 damaged slats in the middle of the door. There's no way this could of happened in transit or when fitting. 4 weeks later still no replacement that I've been promised. I've also got to pay for the door to be removed taken apart to fit new slats and then refitted. So by time I've paid all the extra money out I could of got a local company supply and fit a door for similar price.

Haven’t been able to install just yet as I have been informed I will need planning permission before installation and no I don’t live in a conservation area

Nicely made, easy to fit. Looked good fitted. Mechanism cover lacked the cut outs necessary so couldn't be fitted. Thieves crushed the door side to side and stole what was inside within 2mins. I don't believe this offers a significant improvement in security over a standard door.

I bought a 4m wide door for self-installation a couple of months ago. The door itself was decent quality - there was a dent in the curtain when I received mine, but we only noticed it once we'd put it up - and as it was near the top I didn't make a big deal of it as I didn't want to have to uninstall it all. You'll need 3 people to put it up- even 2 aren't enough. My main issue is with the instructions for setting up the control system. They aren't especially clear - obviously written by someone who knows exactly how to do it, so they don't tell you precisely what to do, step by step. There's also no exact wiring diagram for the various cables - so unless you are an electrician, you'll struggle. And the steps needed to programme the remotes are vague, so I had to ask Rollador to send someone to do it as the doors would sort-of half open and close. In summary, they are good doors, but unless you want a fair bit of frustration, pay the extra get them to install them as the instrucions are very poor (maybe that's the idea ?).

My garage roller door looks good and seems well made but unfortunately they used some cheap components. I found the aftersales service to be good and the price for spares, which included delivery, to be very good when compared to local suppliers.
