“I always use Rollerdoor for my properties and will continue to do so. Good value for money, good service, nice product. I would like to see the install instructions updated, the wiring diagram doesn’t include the second cable that needs to be connected up.”

“This was my first roller door instalation,the fitting instructions were hard to follow and in the wrong order,which caused me to take things apart and do again.thay donot have an instalation video on there website or YouTube.this door does not come with saftey shutoff which is an exstra £150.overal iam pleased with the quality of the door but not with the insulation.”

“Been meaning to phone up but been busy, installation was easier than first expected and the quality of the product is also better than expected, only thing is im missing 2 screws that hold the motor onto the side profile, apart from that would highly recommend and use again in the future.”

“Having thought about buying one of these doors for a few months, the hardest part is not choosing the door itself but choosing the supplier. There are a multitude of suppliers and manufacturers out there and the range of quality and prices are enormous. After much searching and narrowing down of suppliers I found Rollerdor and the reviews were very promising. Another plus was he excellent, modern website where nothing was clunky or hard to find and everything was clearly explained. In such a competitive market, having a great selling tool such as this available in any potential customer's living room works both ways, for customers and the business - the investment is palpable and the benefits enormous. Having found the door on the website that I wanted and the sizes etc I ordered it online. There followed a a few emails when the spec is able to be checked prior to manufacture. I decided to change the colour which meant more paperwork their end but finally, we got there and a delivery date was arranged - which was hit on the button (a two-hour window is given on a specific day). I had opted for the self install and after I had prepared various things my end with regards to where the case was to be mounted, I started work. In fact the prep took longer to do than fitting the actual door but that's me over-engineering things! If you follow the installation guide everything is pretty logical. I fitted everything on my own - the only thing I needed help with was carrying the curtain itself to the door and fitting over the barrel ... two-minute job, once done that's the hard work over really. I wired it all up per the instructions and the door worked fine after a call to Rollerdor with a query. All up and in now and couldn't be happier! I have friends looking to install these so will definitely recommend.”

“Very good value for money compared to other suppliers. Clear instructions on how to measure the garage door opening and then complete the on-line order. Arrived exactly on time/ day agreed and well packaged. Took my son and myself about 3 hours to get the old door down and install the Rollerdor complete with electrical connection. Once fitted the Rollerdor looks fantastic both inside and out. Well impressed with the service I received and the quality of the door.”
