“Purchased a replacement tube motor and rocker switch after helpful advise from Rollerdor. Fitting the new motor was easy, but I am not good with electrics ... their technical dept. were very helpful and patient despite my ignorance. All now working well. Will probably get quote in the new year for a complete new door needed elsewhere. Excellent service from start to finish, including prompt delivery. Mike Bedfordshire”

“Great value for money with swift delivery following manufacture. Installation was made easy by good quality products and a very good step by step installation guide. Installation was DIY reducing costs further. No special knowledge required just accurate measuring, reading/understanding guide and being patient! Fit and finish excellent.”

“Second order from you. Couldn't be happier. First door has been used many times every day for over 3 years (washing machine in garage!), still working perfectly. Installation is simple, help is only a phone call away if needed. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“I am very please with what I would describe as a good quality product. I opted to fit the door myself and with the couple of queries I had regarding its fitment a call to Rollerdor gave me uncomplicated instructions from a member of their friendly and helpful staff. Would I recommend them to others? Unreservedly Yes.”

“The roller door was easy to fit with simple instructions to follow .The only thing i had a problem with was fitting the cover panel I found it hard to fit over the manual operator and the wiring gland One thing I had a problem with after fitting was that when the temperature dropped below freezing ice formed on the back of the door and made the door come out of the track in the box I do understand that it would have been advisable to buy the insulated type but will check before opening in future”

“They do what the say on the website and good communication. Slight complaint is the price of extra soffit cover £50 for an additional piece of plastic is too much”

“Kept informed of progress with order and delivery. On day of delivery driver phoned to inform me of arrival time.Arrived on time. Very pleased with quality of door and smooth action in operation.Driver was very helpfull and carried door to garage at back of house. An excellent company to deal with and would recommed them if you require a roller door.”

“We found the firm a delight to deal with. The two installers made light work of the job and everything went really smoothly. Highly delighted as for the first time since living here have been able to open the 18 foot door with one finger. Really pleased and would highly recommend Rollerdor.”

“Fantastic service from office to site staff, well organised, clear pricing, quality product, very impressed with their efficiency from start to finish. Marked them a four as they were let down by a sub contractor, u explained how he had let them and himself down and I’d rather their direct fitters. Once I explained that they put it into action and stood by everything agreed. 100% would recommend and would use again if I moved house and needed a garage door. Thanks”
